- All "experienced" ITS's should complete the evaluation form (linked below) along with documentation and artifacts by April 21.
- All ITS's new to this position for the 2010-11 school year should complete the evaluation form (linked below) and their documentation by April 28.

ITS Evaluation Process for 2010 - 2011


- Be aware of the completion timeline (shown above in green) and the individual ITS evaluation schedule (linked below).

- Create an evaluation folder somewhere on your H: drive. Name the folder following this pattern:
2011_Eval_Humphreys_MaryJo

- Inside the newly create evaluation folder create any additional folders you feel will appropriately organize your documentation and artifacts. Although not required, consider using the folder structure shown here:

- After your evaluation and sub folders are created, email MaryJo the path where it is located.

- Please see attached evaluation template. Name your self evaluation Word document following this pattern:

- Strive to keep the entire folder under 60 MB, but (if that is not possible) please make sure that the entire folder is no bigger than 75 MB.

- Use documentation only once. We realize that much of the documentation could be used in multiple domains.

- When inputting your rational for each domain and organizing your documentation/artifacts, use this Guiding Document: Facilitator Eval_11FORM-template - Guide.docx

- See linked document for date and time of evaluation. Due to this year's accelerated timeline, we need to stay with the posted schedule as close as possible. If the assigned time will not work for you, please contact MaryJo as soon as possible.

- All evaluations will take place at the administration building. Please wait in the lobby for us to come and get you.
